Payment:
Orders will be accepted only if payment is received with your order. VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS and Checks accepted for your convenience. Checks need to be made payable to Numeritex Displays. Prices and specifications subject to change without notice. Prices do not include state, local or other taxes, unless you are a KY based company. If tax exempt, please include entire tax exempt certificate form with your order.

Shipments:
We will ship FEDEX or motor freight (American Freight, Roadway, etc.) depending on the display size, weight and destination. Freight charges will be prepaid and added to invoice for institutional customers. Larger display orders need to be shipped to a location suitable for a tractor trailer. Inside or residential delivery of freight will require additional charges. Outside the contiguous 48 states-call or fax for freight quotes. Please allow 4-6 weeks for display delivery after ordering.
Damages/Claims:
Be sure to inspect your merchandise. All shipments must be inspected at time of delivery for shortages and damages. Notations of any shortage or damage to the merchandise or packing must be made on the delivery receipt before signing. Concealed damage not visible at time of delivery must be reported to carrier within 5 days after delivery. All claims for damage or shortage must be filed within 30 days directly with carrier that made the delivery.
Cancellation Policy:
Any order cancelled prior to shipping is subject to a 25% restocking fee to be paid immediately upon cancellation.
Return Policy:
Orders must be returned within 30 days of shipment date and must be in perfect working condition when delivered to Numeritex Displays. Returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee to be paid immediately upon return. Returns in less than perfect working condition, or exceeding 30 days past shipment date, will not be accepted.
Numeritex Displays will not be responsible for shipping fees or damages incurred in transit.
